Ash Wednesday and Lent Services
The Lent schedule is: March 5th (Ash Wednesday), March 12th, March 19th, March 26th, April 2nd and April 9th at 6pm.
Dinner is at 6:30pm
Lent is preparation season for Easter. It is a six-week journey from Ash Wednesday to Easter Sunday. To help us prepare for the death and resurrection of Jesus, we are going to have Wednesday services starting on Ash Wednesday (March 5th) at 6pm. As a church we will be trying something new. We will have a blended service between St. Mark’s and Classic City. Both Crystal (C3) and Laura (St. Mark’s) will be leading music together. The service will be a simple but powerful service of worship, message, and prayer. Each Lent service will be followed by a “bring and share” soup dinner. This is a great time for people who attend different service times to fellowship together. Soup signup is located in the “Connect Corner” on one of the hanging clip boards.
